My path to real estate has been anything but typical. My background spans marketing, market research and data analysis, business strategy, communications, and new-home construction sales - experience that gives me a different perspective when helping clients buy or sell a home.

I’ve also worked with real estate investors to identify opportunities for rental properties and home renovations, giving me firsthand insight into evaluating a property for both its current value and future potential.

Today, I bring all of that experience together for my clients. Whether I’m developing a pricing and marketing strategy for a seller, analyzing the numbers behind a purchase, or helping a buyer recognize an opportunity, my approach is thoughtful, strategic, and grounded in data.
